OpenMoko Ringtone Conversion

• use  mpg123 to convert an mp3 to a wav.
• use  EcaSound to convert the resulting wav to 16bit le, 1 channel, 44,100 Hz. ecasound can also be used to trim out a section of the resulting wav. by default, the system wants a either a 1.5 second file length, or .5 seconds, i can't tell which. but its hard-coded into the dialer application.
• drop your new wav on your openmoko, at /usr/share/openmoko/sounds, overwriting the file "ringtone_classy.wav".
